PROPERTY OF THE WEEK
520 Wolfe St.

3,360 s.f. historic creamery building for sale that housed the Wegner Metal Foundry famously for many years.  Conveniently located in the HUBZone near the heart of Downtown Fredericksburg, near the train station and restaurants.  This creative space is a blank palette for the right user and the price could not be more competitive for downtown properties.
