Dress for Success Columbus is excited to announce Diana Pagan as its new Director of Development & Community Partnerships.
Diana is an experienced development professional who comes to Dress for Success Columbus with over 19 years of experience with non-profits in the field of women and girls, the arts and international affairs. Most recently, Diana served as the Manager of Inclusion & Community Development for the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA). She also served as the annual Fund Manager for Festival Latino and the Lincoln Theatre Association for CAPA, raising over $1.5 million in support of Festival Latino over the past 13 years and managed and maintained the yearly development goals supporting the Lincoln Theatre’s signature education programs.
Prior to her work at CAPA, Diana served as a Development Associate for The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio (WFCO), where she supported philanthropic initiatives to engage and cultivate support for the WFCO Annual Keyholder Event. A graduate of the Fundraising Leadership Academy in 2020, Diana has also been recognized by Columbus Business First 40 Under 40 Class of 2018.
As we step into the next chapter of Dress for Success Columbus, we are not only expanding our vision, but also our team of dynamic professionals to support the critical work of empowering and supporting women to achieve economic independence. Diana’s proven experience in development, fund management, partnership cultivation and so much more will be an incredible addition to Dress for Success Columbus and we look forward to all that she will do to move our mission forward.
