You have received this email as a registered competitor at one of this weekend's Eventing Ireland fixtures. To comply with our COVID-19 Protocols, please click the relevant link below to submit contact tracing information and your Self-Declaration Form.
This form must be returned 24 hours before the event in question. Closing dates are on the top of each form.

This is mandatory for all those in attendance and failure to complete the form will result in you being turned away at the entrance to the event.

For clarity, a form must be completed for every person on site. Each rider must complete a form while grooms/event officials must complete their own individual forms.

Important Reminders

Can we remind you of the current restrictions which apply to National events and Try Eventing:

  • A maximum of 3 horses per rider
  • One (1) groom per rider.  Two (2) grooms if there are 3 horses
  • No spectators allowed
  • Everyone MUST complete the contact tracing forms or they will be refused entry to the venue.
  • Ensure social distancing of 2m at all times and wash hands frequently

In addition, face masks are now mandatory for every athlete going cross country.  These can be worn under the chin to be pulled up if you have a fall - this is to protect the frontline workers.

Hat Tags

If you have a new hat, you must ensure it is tagged before you start the event.
The Secretary or Steward will be able to tag your hat

Social Distancing

Please ensure you maintain a 2m distance between people who are not from the same family/group. Please wash/sanitise your hands regularly at the sanitisation stations around the event. When you are not competing, you should go back to your vehicle. Please do not touch the cross country fences when walking the course.

Please obey all direction given by the Steward or Compliance Officers at the event.

Please respect the property of the landowner and take your rubbish home.

Thank you for your co-operation.
