Ana Paula Vitelli (The University of Manchester) is the first woman elected President of the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brazil – Britcham


At the Annual General Meeting held on 31st March, members of the British Chamber elected the new Administrative Council of the entity for the period from March-2020 to March-2022. Now Britcham has the first female President of its history, Ana Paula Vitelli (The University of Manchester), who will lead a Council very motivated to generate and add more and more value to members, counting on Mario Lindenhayn (BP) as Vice-President. With a very committed executive team and a strong and competent Administrative Council, our management is driven by renewal, which combines the experience of those who have already been contributing to Britcham through the years with new people, ideas and achievements”, points out the new President. 7th edition of the guide "Doing Business in Brazil" is available for download!
On 9th and 11th March, in Manchester and London respectively, during the LATAC Road Show promoted by the British government (DIT) in the UK, the leaders of the Legal, Tax and Regulatory Committees of Britcham in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, accompanied by experts from member companies and law firms who contributed to the editing and updating of the chapters and articles of the guide, launched the 7th edition of "Doing Business in Brazil" in exclusively digital version. At the time of the special launch, the experts answered questions from the public about doing business in the Brazilian market, aiming to attract investments and new business to the country.

Britain Brasil 2019/2020

The magazine Britain Brasil 2019/2020 is available to members and the business community in general, highlighting the main events and activities of the British Chamber in 2019 and the prospects for 2020 and the near future.

Copies of the publication are distributed in all events promoted by Britcham in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná and Minas Gerais.
