Dear clients and neighbors,
 
We hope you are well in this confusing time.  We are so thankful to have contingency plans to alleviate some of the stress caused by uncertainty. In light of the recent “safer at home” announcement from our local government, we would like to clarify how we are available to you during this time.
  1. Our offices in Knoxville, Chattanooga and Tri-Cities are now closed to the public.
  2. All in-person meetings will now happen by phone or virtual meeting. 
  3. We are still able to perform all essential functions, such as trading, deposits, payments and other distribution requests.
  4. Please note that any documents delivered via USPS or other delivery service or written checks may be delayed in processing due to our remote workforce.  To address this issue, we would like to encourage you to consider using ACH or debit for transactions.
  5. Lastly, you can access your accounts at any time using our website: https://thetrust.com/login/
