Remember to complete the BSFO Community Meeting Evaluation Form by Monday, August 24
Please complete our for below to evaluate the following meeting: State of Black Staff & Faculty Affairs Community Meeting, August 11, 2020. The intention of this evaluation form to is to find out what worked, where there were challenges, and what can be improved in the following areas:

-Tech setup & logistics
-Meeting structure & content
-Sense of community & belonging
-Ability for attendees to be present/authentic in space

Please feel free to be as open and transparent as desired, and email us at if you have any items for follow up. We will be happy to receive your feedback.
