Dear CNC families,

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. As we reflect on this past year, we are thankful that we are up and running and still able to provide fun and energetic dance lessons for your children. We know just how important dance is for your kids, especially now.

As our community faces another surge of Covid-19 cases, we are hopeful that in-person classes can continue, however are ready in the event we cannot. We are also looking into whether or not private lessons will continue to be an option, and are hoping they will be!

As part of my job I was reaching out to Nursing and Assisted Living facilities to see if there was anything we could do to make these holidays a little brighter. They simply said that most of the Residents won’t get a holiday card. I felt that wouldn’t do, so I’ve asked friends, family and coworkers to jump in and make or write cards that we can send over to each Resident. Now I’m sharing it with you, my dance family! If you’d like to participate I would love it. They can be store bought or hand made cards. You can address the cards to “Dear Friend,” or “To Someone Special.” You don’t need an envelope, but if you do provide one please don’t seal it, and they need to be turned in by Monday December 14^th. If you dance at the Kenmore Studio, there will be a box there to collect them. If you dance in Orchard Park, Ms. Katie has been kind enough to say she will collect them.
