In this week’s episode of “Freehling Finds,” Bill talks with the organizers and participants of the “Fredericksburg Butt-In” event held on June 24, 2019. This event brought public awareness to cigarette-butt litter, showed off the new city-installed butt receptacles, and praised the people who volunteered to pick-up the butts around town.
