Bike-repair station opens on Heritage Trail

The Fredericksburg Trails Alliance, with help from Parks, Recreation and Events, has completed the installation of a bike-repair station at the intersection of the Quarry Trails, Canal Path and Rappahannock River Heritage Trail along Fall Hill Avenue.
