NAPO Business Stamp of Approval
Apply for The NAPO Business Stamp of Approval by December 31, 2020
The NAPO Business Stamp of Approval application period for 2021 ends in 11 days! We anticipate that this new program will benefit our members and help to identify the organizing and productivity industry as a true profession.

The eligibility requirements represent basic standards that identify established businesses. Professional members are eligible to apply to earn the Business Stamp of Approval and receive the digital badge. If you are a Provisional Member and meet the other eligibility requirements, we encourage you to complete the Going Pro Bundle, so that you can advance to Professional Member status and apply for this program.

Calling All Coaches for NAPO2021
Application Deadline to be a Laser Coach Expert at NAPO2021 Extended to January 12, 2021

NAPO is looking for Experienced Coaches who also have an understanding of the organizing and productivity industry for the Virtual Coaching Sessions during the NAPO2021 Annual Conference.
  • Coaching sessions will be held Tuesday, April 20, and Thursday, April 22, 2021, during the Annual Conference
  • The sessions will begin at 5:00 PM EST and end at 5:50 PM EST
  • There are two-20 minute sessions scheduled Tuesday and Thursday, from 5:00-5:20 PM EST and another from 5:30-5:50 PM EST
To Qualify
  • You must have 60 hours of coaching skills and/or training grounded in the core competencies of coaching
  • You must be consistent with coaching industry standards, meaning your training must meet the following criteria:
    • Delivered live either on-site or in teleclasses (rather than from recordings or via a workbook)
    • Include trainer observation and feedback of the student’s coaching
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience using coaching skills and the coaching process with paying clients 
  • Be a NAPO Professional Member in good standing
  • As part of the application, you will need to describe the supervised training in which you participated, along with the date(s) of the training.
