Welcome to May's Monthly Email
This is a new monthly email with all the links to our regular activities for the month, collected together, in one place.  The links won't be in the Weekly connects anymore so you need to keep it for the month, or use a link in the weekly 'Connect'.   

You will get a new monthly email each month on the 1st, as we sometimes change the details of regular events or events force changes on us. 

Suggestions for children's and teenager's activities for each week will still be in the weekly Connect email as usual. If you have secondary aged children please contact Claire for the link to STYLE Zooms and Huddles.

Put the kettle on and join us for a post-service chat on Sunday mornings on Zoom. Starting just after the online service finishes (approx. 11am), this is your chance to grab a cuppa and drop in to say Hi.  This will be just a social time, a chance to catch up with old friends and make new ones.  It has all the advantages of post-service coffee time, but without a washing-up rota!  Do join us any Sunday you feel you want to. 
 
Women’s Group meet every Saturday morning at 11am on Zoom for chat and catch up.email Vivien Hawksby for the link. Looking forward to seeing you all!

Mission Support Partner for the Month
Martin Bateman is based at St Thomas’s and heads up the work of Ambassadors Football UK. They work in partnership with local churches to use football for community outreach, especially amongst disadvantaged communities in Great Britain and around the world.
Life Groups
We have 23 Life Groups that meet in locations across Lancaster, Morecambe and Heysham.  They are typically groups of 6-12 people who meet (mostly on Zoom at present) to help each other grow in our faith, face the challenges of life, and have a laugh together.  If you would like to find out more about joining a Life Group, contact

 Roofbreakers
Roofbreakers aim to break down the barriers faced by disabled people in Christian life. St Thomas' Roofbreakers champion the inclusion of disabled people in church life.

St Tees Angels are still able to offer practical help, within current restrictions, to anyone in need within the church. If you have a particular need you think Angels could help you with then please contact the coordinator Wendy Moore on 07817 754095 or via the Church Office . We can then discuss your needs and see how we can best support you. Part of what we offer is meals to new mums and their families so please keep us updated so we can make sure we have meals in place for you.
If you're on Spotify or Apple Music, we've made two playlists we'd love you to follow! It's updated regularly, and allows us to virtually worship together all week long.
If you have some good advice, an area of expertise to share from, a word from God or a great idea of what we can do to reach out to each other and our neighbours while we socially distance, WE WANT TO HEAR THEM!
